Payment Information: Sending us this Order Form indicates that you read and agree this statement: "I understand that each subscription grants my firm a license to receive risk free rates from Option123 for a 12 month period. I will be requied to renew at the end of the 12 month period if I wish to continue to receive risk free rates from Option123 (currently $289.95 per year). I'm entitled to receive risk free interest rates (Zero Coupon Rates, not publicly available for free) within one week after the end of each calendar month during my subscription period, or receive the risk free rates for the entire period within 3 business days if I purchase risk free rates for any 12-month periods prior to this month. I understand that this licenses are neither transferable nor refundable."
